The Bla Bla kitchen is headed by chef Dmitry Smirnov, known from Moscow Scandinavia and Sky Club on Krasnaya Polyana. For Bla Bla Bla, he has developed a versatile menu consisting of European, American and Pan-Asian dishes.
The emphasis is on a variety of appetisers to go with the spirits: bruschettas, tartares, chicken strips and tempura prawns. A successful food pairing to wine and cocktails is tartare with crab, avocado and tobiko. A Wok section has appeared, you can order noodles with chicken, prawns or crispy aubergine. For lovers of Italian classics, we recommend carbonara with smoked brisket and fettuccini with seafood. In the Main Courses section, please pay special attention to the rib-eye steak with chimichurri sauce and the caramelised salmon with wasabi puree. We also have a special children's menu with nuggets, vitamin salad and chicken kebabs.



The chef is especially proud of his compact pan-Asian menu, which includes hits of Japanese and Hawaiian cuisine: sushi, rolls and juncans with tuna or eel, as well as poke with salmon and black quinoa.



The restaurant also features an ever-evolving seasonal Chef's Menu.
